    Ground Beef Hash Brown Casserole

    1 1/2 pounds ground beef
    1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 pound frozen hash brown potatoes
    1, 10 3/4 ounce can cream of celery soup
    1/2 soup can water
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
    2 Tablespoons soy sauce
    3/4 cup grated cheese

    Brown meat and drain fat.
    Place into a large, greased casserole.
    Sprinkle dry soup over top of meat.
    Place frozen hash browns on top of that.
    Mix soup, water, salt, pepper, and soy sauce together
    until well blended. Pour over the potatoes.
    Cover and bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour.
    Remove cover and sprinkle top with cheese.
    Bake for 15 minutes longer.
    Makes 6 servings.
