    Ground Beef w/biscuits Casserole

    1 pound ground beef
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1, 3 ounce package cream cheese, softened
    1, 10 3/4 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
    1/8 cup milk
    1/8 cup catsup
    salt
    1, 8 ounce can biscuits

    Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
    Brown meat and onions together. Drain fat.
    Combine cream cheese, soup, milk, catsup and salt.
    Add meat and onions, and mix well.
    Bake uncovered for 10 minutes.
    Put 1 can biscuits on top and bake 15-20 minutes
    longer or until biscuits are brown on top.
    Makes 4 servings.
