    Ham + Cauliflower Casserole

    1 small cauliflower, separated and washed
    1/4 c. cornflake crumbs
    1/4 lb. cooked, diced ham
    3 tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. graded Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    dash of paprika

    Recipe



    Put cauliflower in a medium saucepan with enough water to cover.
    Bring to a boil and continue boiling for 15 minutes or until tender.
    Preheat oven to 325. Butter a casserole dish.
    Drain the cauliflower and mix the cauliflower and cornflake crumbs together.
    Add the ham, green pepper and cheddar cheese and stir to mix.
    Pour the cauliflower mixture into the casserole dish.
    Top with the sour cream.
    Sprinkle with the parmesan cheese and bake for 20 minutes.
    Makes enough for 2 people.
