    Ham + Chicken Lasagna

    1, 8 ounce package lasagna noodles, cooked
    ...al dente to package directions, rinse + drain
    1/4 cup butter
    1/3 cup flour
    1 tablespoon dry minced onion
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
    2 cups chicken broth
    1 cup milk
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1, 4 ounce can mushroom pieces
    1, 10 ounce package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    ...or may use asparagus
    2 cups cooked chicken or turkey, cut into cubes
    6 ounces sliced Mozzarella cheese
    1 1/2 cups cooked ham, cut into cubes
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    In saucepan, melt butter. Blend in flour, onion, garlic
    powder and pepper. Add broth and milk. Cook and stir until
    bubbly. Stir in 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese and mushroom
    pieces. In the bottom of a 13x9x2 inch pan, layer half of
    noodles, then broccoli, then chicken, and then the Mozzarella
    cheese. Top with half of the sauce. Add ham.
    Layer rest of noodles, rest of sauce and second 1/2 cup of
    Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 35 minutes. Let
    set for 10 minutes before cutting.

    May be made ahead and refrigerated.
    Then bake for 45 to 55 minutes.
