This is a great way to use up your leftover ham.

    Ham + Peas Casserole, layered

    4 ounces noodles
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) cream of celery or
    ...mushroom soup
    1/2 cup milk
1/2 to 3/4 cup frozen peas
    1/4 cup minced onion
    2 teaspoons prepared yellow mustard
    1 cup sour cream
2 cups cooked ham, cut in 1 inch pieces
    1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
    1 tablespoons melted butter
    2 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Cook noodles al dente to package directions; drain.
While noodles are cooking, combine in a small saucepan
the soup and milk, stirring over low heat until smooth.
Add peas, onion, mustard, and sour cream.
    In a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole,
    layer 1/2 of the noodles,
then 1/2 of the ham and sauce.
    Repeat layers.
Mix bread crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over
    the casserole.
    Top with grated cheese.
Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees F. for 25 minutes, or
    until golden brown and bubbly.
