    Hamburger Cornbread Casserole

    1 pound ground beef
    1 chopped onion
    1/2 chopped sweet green bell pepper
    2, 10 3/4 ounce cans cream of celery soup
    1 Tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
    salt and pepper, to taste
    1 package Jiffy cornbread mix

    Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Greas a 9x9x2 inch pan.
    Crumble meat and brown in skillet with onion and
    green pepper. Drain off fat. Add undiluted soups
    and mustard. Stir to mix well. Add salt and pepper.
    Pour into pan. Prepare cornbread mix to package
    directions. Spread evenly over meat mixture, to edges
    of pan. Bake approximately 30 minutes or until top of
    cornbread is golden brown. Check by inserting tester
    or knife for doneness.
