Hungarian Casserole #6, w/knockwurst
6 to 8 cooked potatoes, sliced
3/4 pound knockwurst, sliced
6 to 8 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1/4 pound butter
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 pint sour cream
Grease a 2 quart casserole dish.
Place potatoes in bottom of casserole.
Then place the knockwurst, and then the eggs.
Repeat until casserole is about 1 inch from the top.
Set aside.
In frying pan, melt butter.
Add bread crumbs and brown.
Mix with sour cream and spread on top of casserole.
Brown in oven at 350 degrees F until golden brown.
Remove from oven and serve.
