Italian Casserole #1, with rolls
1 pound ground pork or beef
1 medium chopped onion
1, 28 ounce container spaghetti sauce
...or your own homemade
1 cup sour cream
12 ounces grated mozzarella or monterey jack cheese
1 can refrigerator crescent rolls
4 tablespoons butter, (1/2 stick)
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350.
Coat an 8x11 1/2 inch baking pan with cooking spray.
Brown meat and onion.
Add sauce and pour into pan.
Mix sour cream and cheese. Pour over meat mixture.
Place rolls over top.
Melt butter and add parmesan. Pour over rolls.
Bake about 20 minutes until rolls are done.
