    Meatball Ravioli Casserole

    2, 9 ounces packages refrigerated cheese ravioli
    ...or thaw the frozen ones
    2 teaspoons Olive oil
    1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper, (1/2 medium)
    1/4 cup chopped onion, (1/2 medium)
    1, 28 ounce container your favorite spaghetti sauce
    1, 16 ounce package frozen meatballs, thawed
    1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook ravioli with package
    directions. drain. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large skillet
    over a medium/high heat until hot. Add pepper and onion.
    Saute until crisp tender, 2 to 3 minutes. Stir spaghetti
    sauce and meatballs into vegetables in skillet. Cook over
    a medium heat until thoroughly heated, 3-5 minutes. Combine
    ravioli with spaghetti sauce and meatballs. Place in an
    ungreased 3 quart baking dish, mixing well. Sprinkle the
    Mozzarella on top and the Parmesan on top of that. Bake
    until cheese is melted and the mixture is bubbly,
    approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
