Meatball + Rice Casserole

List of Ingredients
1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 cup quick cooking rice
1/2 of a 10 ounce package FROZEN peas
1, 15 ounce + 1, 4/5 ounce can diced tomatoes, undrained
1/2 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper
2 tablespoons dried minced onionRecipe
Pinch quarter or 1" balls from the meat and brown in a
frying pan, OR just brown the loose meat and set aside.
Combine the remaining ingredients together in a casserole
dish.
Add the meatballs and stir together.
Bake at 325 degrees F for 1 hour.
Makes 2 servings.
