North Dakota Casserole, microwaved
1 pound ground beef
salt and pepper
1/2 small onion, diced
1, 7 ounce can cream style corn
4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut in 1 inch cubes
pats of butter
Place ground beef in chunks on bottom of 2 quart
casserole dish.
Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle onions on top.
Layer potatoes over that.
Season with salt.
Pour corn over potatoes.
Dot with pats of butter.
Microwave about 25 minutes, stirring gently once
or twice.
