    Pierogi Casserole #J 10, w/real pierogies + chicken

    12 pierogies, refrigerated, or frozen (let thaw first)
    ...potato + cheese pierogies
    1, 10 3/4 ounce can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 cup thinly sliced carrots
    1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
    1 cup frozen peas, thawed
    2 cups cubed or shredded cooked chicken

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 2 quart casserole with cooking spray.
    Place pierogies in the bottom of the casserole dish. Use a large saucepan
    to combine soup, carrots, celery, peas, and chicken. Stir and cook until
    heated through. Pour over pierogies. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes
