    Pierogie Casserole #G 7, w/real pierogies, chicken tenders + gravy

    1, 16.9-ounce package Potato & Cheddar Cheese Pierogies
    Nonstick cooking spray
    8-ounce bag frozen mixed vegetables
    3/4-pound uncooked chicken tenders, rinsed
    12-ounce jar nonfat chicken gravy

    Thaw pierogies in hot tap water for 6 to 8 minutes. Spray a deep
    pie or casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange six pierogies on
    the bottom of the dish in pinwheel pattern. Scatter frozen mixed vegetables
    evenly over pierogies. Arrange chicken tenders over vegetables. Spoon gravy
    evenly over all. Top the pie with remaining pierogies, placed flat in
    pinwheel style. Spray pierogies lightly with cooking spray. Bake uncovered
    on top shelf of oven (preheated to 400ºF) for 30 minutes. Let stand 10
    minutes before serving. Serves: 4. Cooking time: 30 minutes.
