    Pizza Noodle Casserole

    8 ounces noodles, cooked and drained
    1 pound chipped beef steaks
    1 tablespoon Olive oil
    1, 4 ounce can mushrooms, drained
    ...(I like roasted peppers, chopped up)
    4 ounces pepperoni, chopped
    1, 15 ounce jar pizza sauce
    2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded

    Brown ground beef steaks in oil. Separate into smaller
    pieces as cooking. Mix in mushrooms/peppers, pepperoni,
    pizza sauce and Cheddar cheese. Coat baking pan with
    cooking spray. Place noodles in pan. Pour sauce mixture
    over the noodles. Top with Mozzarella cheese and bake
    for 1 hour at 250 degrees F. Serves 6.
