Pork Chop + Cauliflower Casserole
2 heads cauliflower, washed and sliced
4 Tablespoons butter, (1/2 stick)
4 chopped celery stalks
1 Tablespoon soy sauce, (optional)
1 large chopped
1/4 pound Velveeta type cheese, sliced
8 thin pork chops, cut into bite size pieces
Cook celery and onion with cauliflower until tender.
Brown chops in butter, cooking slowly until done.
Add pork to vegetables and simmer for about 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with soy sauce and lay pieces of cheese on top.
Melt cheese and enjoy.
Makes 8 servings.
