    Pork Chops + CornBread Stuffing Casserole

    Pork Chops + CornBread Stuffing Casserole

    4 cups corn bread stuffing
    6 boneless pork chops, 3/4 inch thick
    1, 10 3/4 ounce can cream of celery soup
    1/3 cup milk
    1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

    Pprepare the stuffing according to package directions.
    Spon across center of aa 3 quart shallow baking dish. Place pork chops on each side of stuffing.
    Mix soup and milk. Pour over chops.
    Cover and bake at 400 degrees F. for 30 minutes or until
    done.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Makes 6 servings.
