I made this once already and thought it was ok...I felt
it needed twice the amount of pork roll and cream. I'd
also like to try about 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
mixed in before baking.

Pork Roll Casserole

1 cup pork roll, cut into cubes
1 pound pasta of choice
1/4 cup butter
1 finely chopped onion
2 minced garlic cloves
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Cook pasta al dente to package directions. Drain.
Melt butter. Saute onion and garlic until tender.
Add cream, salt and pepper.
Add pork roll cubes and mix together.
Pour into baking dish and bake 350 degrees F. for 30 - 40
minutes.
