Sauerkraut w/Beef + Noodles Casserole
1, 16 ounce package wide egg noodles
2 pounds ground beef
1 whole onion, chopped
1, 10 3/4 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
1, 10 3/4 ounce can cream of chicken soup
1, 10 3/4 ounce can cream of celery soup
1 soup can of milk
1, 16 ounce can sauerkraut (or 1 quart)
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Cook noodles 3 minutes. Drain
Brown ground beef and onion together; drain.
Warm soups and milk together.
In 9 x 13 pan:
layer 1/2 ground beef and onion, sauerkraut,
1/2 ground beef and onions, noodles, soups and milk.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes.
Top with cheddar cheese.
Bake another 30 minutes.
