Recipe Introduction


I'm planning on making this one for dinner tonight.
Sausage + Peppers Pasta Casserole

1 1/2 pounds pure pork or country style sausage,
...cut into 1/2 inch pieces
2 chopped or sliced green peppers, (may use
...red and yellow for coloring)
1 small chopped onion
1, 16 ounce package bow tie or penne pasta,
...cooked al dente and drained
1/2 cup chicken broth, (can use more, up to you)
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Fry sausage. Add peppers, onions and broth. Cook until
peppers and onions are tender. Toss with pasta and
serve.
Good with salad and bread.
