    Sausage + Sweet Potato Casserole

    1 pound bulk pork sausage
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup cold water
    1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
    3 medium apples, peeled and sliced

    Brown sausage, breaking up large pieces. Drain off fat.
    Blend sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt and water.
    Combine all ingredients in 2-quart casserole. Cover and
    bake at 375 degrees F. until potatoes and apples are
    tender, about 45 minutes; stir once or twice.
    Makes 4 - 6 servings.
