    Scrapple Scalloped Potato Cassrole

    List of Ingredients

    Scrapple Scalloped Potato Cassrole

    butter
    sliced potatoes
    horseradish SAUCE
    1 c. good quality scrapple (pork meats, cooked with seasonings and gelatin like)
    pinch allspice
    1 c. broth or leftover gravy

    Preheat oven to 350. Butter a 2 quart baking dish .
    Line the dish with potato slices.
    Cover potatoes with the horseradish sauce.
    Mix scrapple with allspice, broth or gravy and heat in a saucepan.
    Then spread the warmed scrapple mixture over the potatoes.
    Bake for 45 minutes until scrapple is brown and potatoes are cooked.
