Swiss Turkey Casserole
2 cups turkey or chicken or herb stuffing mix
1 - 1/2 pounds ground turkey
1/4 cup butter, melted
1, 10 3/4 ounce can cream of celery soup
1/4 cup milk
6 slices Swiss cheese
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Lightly grease a 2 quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle stuffing in bottom of dish.
Sprinkle ground turkey over that.
Drizzle with butter.
Mix soup and milk and pour on top.
Place cheese on top.
Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
Makes 4 - 6 servings.
