Turkey Cracker Casserole
2 sleeves Ritz type crackers, crushed
6 ounces butter, melted (1 1/2 sticks)
1 - 1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
1, 10 3/4 ounce can cream of celery soup
1 cup sour cream (8 ounces)
1/2 - 1 cup chicken broth
Sprinkle half of the crackers in the bottom of a 2 to
2 1/2 quart casserole dish.
Drizzle 1/2 of the melted butter over the crackers.
Mix turkey soup, sour cream, and broth.
Pour over crackers.
Sprinkle remaining crackers over the turkey mixture.
Drizzle the remaining melted butter over the crackers.
Bake at 300 degrees F. for 35 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
