Turkey Crouton Casserole Dish

List of Ingredients
4 c. shredded/chopped leftover turkey
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery, (approximately 3 stalks)
1/2 c. butter
1 c. water
1 pkg. 6oz. croutons
2 10 3/4oz. cans cream of chicken soup
1 10 3/4oz. can cream of celery soup
1/4 to 1 c. milkRecipe
Preheat oven to 350. Need a 9x13x2" pan.
Cover the bottom of pan with turkey.
In medium saucepan, saute onions and celery in butter.
Add water.
Pour over the croutons and mix.
Spread on top of turkey.
Combine the soups and milk in a medium bowl.
Spread on top of crouton mixture.
Bake 1 hour.
Makes 10 servings.
