    Turkey Green Bean Casserole

    2 pounds ground turkey
    1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion
    1, 14 3/4 ounce can French green beans, drained
    2 cups leftover cooked rice (white or long grain)
    1, 10 3/4 ounce can cream of celery soup
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    2 sun dried tomatoes, chopped
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

    Mix all of ingredients together.
    Bake at 350 degrees F. for about 30 minutes.
