Veal Noodle Casserole

2 pork steaks, cubed and browned
1 package Chinese Egg Noodles,
...cooked per package instructions
couple tablespoons butter
2 cups chopped onion
2 cups chopped celery
1, 8 ounce can mushrooms
2, 10 3/4 ounce cans tomato soup
2 small cans tomato sauce


Saute onions, celery and mushrooms in butter and set
aside. Mix soup and sauce together and set aside.
Place alternate layers of ingredients into greased
baking dish starting with noodles, then meat, vegetables,
soup/sauce, until ingredients are gone, ending with
the sauce. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-45 minutes. Serves 6-8.
