1, 16 ounce box one step angel food cake mix
1/2 cup clear diet soda or water
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease or use non stick cooking
spray on cookie sheets.
Mix all ingredients well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto sheet.
Bake for 5 to 6 minutes depending upon your oven.
Cookies will be white, if they turn brown they will be too dry.
Remove from cookie sheet immediately and place on waxed paper.
Store in airtight container.
