    bar - Kahlua Mudslide Brownies w/Glaze

    for the brownies:
    2 cujps flour
    1/2 level teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2/3 cup butter
    4, 1 ounce squares unsweetened chocolate
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    4 tablespoons Kahlua liqueur
    2 tablespoons Irish cream liqueur
    1 tablespoon Vodka
    3/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts, optional

    for the glaze:
    1 1/4 cups powdered confectioners sugar
    3 tablespoons Kahlua liqueur
    whole coffee beans, optional

    Preheat the oven to 350. Grease a 13x9x2" baking pan.

    for the brownies:
    Combine the flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl. Set aside.
    Melt the butter and chocolate in a small saucepan over a low heat and set aside to cool slightly.
    Beat the eggs and white sugar together in a large bowl until light.
    Beat the flour mixture into the sugar mixture.
    Blend in the chocolate mixture, Kahlua, Irish Cream and Vodka.
    Fold in the walnuts.
    Pour into the baking pan and bake for about 25 minutes, just until a tester comes out clean. Do not over bake!
    Let cool in the pan on a wire rack.

    for the glaze:
    Beat the powdered sugar and Kahlua together in a small bowl until smooth.
    Spread the top of the cooled brownies with the glaze.
    Decorate with whole coffee beans, if desired.
    Cut into 24 squares.
