Corn + Cabbage Pickle
10 Cups corn, cut from the cob
10 cups cabbage, cut fine [shredded]
6 red peppers, cut fine
Put vegetables together.
Mix together: 1/2 gallon vinegar
2 tablespoons pickling or kosher salt
3 cups sugar
1/4 cup ground mustard
pour over vegetables, cook slowly till done. pack in clean, hot glass jars,
seal.
