I just took the picked eggs with beets recipe I have in this section and rewrote it, without the eggs. It works. lol


List of Ingredients




Pickled Beets

1 cup white vinegar
1 cup granulated white sugar
2, 15 ounce cans plain beets, with juice
...(style of your choice)

Mix the vinegar and sugar together in a
saucepan. Heat until the sugar is dissolved.
This should be quite warm but not boiling.
Add the canned beets with their juice and
stir. Let cool down. Pour into a container
with a seal. Refrigerate a day or 2 before
using.
