    fresh - Chicken Asparagus Parmesan

    fresh - Chicken Asparagus Parmesan

    6 to 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1, 10 3/4 ounce can cream of asparagus soup
    1 10 3/4 ounce can cream of celery soup
    1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
    1 egg
    1/2 cup milk
    chopped asparagus spears, fresh or canned
    ...(if use canned, drain first)

    Place chicken breasts in a single layer in the bottom of baking pan.
    Lay the asparagus on top of the chicken breasts.
    Mix soups, parmesan cheese, egg and milk together thoroughly
    and pour over top of aspargus and chicken.
    Sprinkle top liberally with parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 45 minutes, or until chicken is done.
