    Cream Cheese Fruit Pie #1

    2 rolls refrigerated sugar cookies
    Roll in greased pizza pan, cook as directed. Cool.

    filling:
    2, 8 ounce packages softened cream cheese
    1 cup powdered confectioners sugar
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    Mix and spread over both crusts.

    Cut up fruit (bananas, peaches, strawberries, kiwi) and
    place on top of filllng.

    glaze:
    3/4 cup sugar
    3/4 cup water
    1 cup orange juice
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    3 Tablespoons cornstarch
    Cook until thickened. Spread or drizzle over fruit.

    Cream Cheese Fruit Pie #2

    12 ounces room temperature cream cheese
    2 cups powdered confectioners sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    2 teaspoons milk
    1 tube refrigerated sugar cookie dough

    Preheat oven to 375 degress F.
    Coat a pizza pan with cooking spray.
    Spread dough evenly in pan and prick with a fork all
    around. Bake for 10 minutes, until golden. Let cool
    completely.
    Mix remaining ingredients until creamy; then spread
    over cookie crust.
    Cut up your favorite fruits and place on top. (peaches,
    blueberries, pineapple, strawberries or use canned
    pie filling.)

    Cream Cheese Fruit Pie #3

    1 box sugar cookie mix
    16 ounces softened cream cheese
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    2 Tablespoons fruit juice
    1, 16 ounce can sliced peaches, drained
    1 pint sliced strawberries
    banana slices
    3 ounces apricot preserves
    kiwi slices

    Prepare cookie dough according to package directions.
    Pat in a 12 inch pizza pan, forming a rim around the edge.
    Bake according to package directions.
    Combine cream cheese, sugar, and lemon juice in bowl.
    Mix well and spread on crust. Arrange fruit on top.
    Mix apricot preserves with fruit juice and drizzle over
    top of fruit. Keep refrigerated until served.
