Cheesecake - Mini's #2

24 paper muffin liners
1 box vanilla wafers
2, 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated white sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
1 can cherry pie filling

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Place 1 liner in each muffin tin,
and place 1 wafer in each cup, flat side up.
Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add sugar and beat.
Add egg and vanilla and beat again.
Spoon 1 tablespoon filling in wafer cup. Bake for 20 minutes.
While warm, spoon pie filling into each.
