    Fire House Casserole

    1 pound ground beef
    1 cup sour cream
    1 package Doritos (I use ranch flavored)
    1 packet Taco Seasoning
    1/2 cup water
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can diced green chilies
    1 can crescent rolls
    2 cups grated cheddar cheese

    Brown ground beef and onion, drain. Spread crescent
    rolls over bottom and halfway up sides of 9x9 greased
    pan, pressing with fingers. Crush a layer of Doritos
    over unbaked crust. Mix taco seasoning, water, sour
    cream and chilies with ground beef and onion. Spread
    over all. Top with more crushed Doritos. Bake 15
    minutes at 350. Top with grated cheese and bake till
    cheese melts.
