    Marshmellow Muffins

    1 package large marshmallows
    2 cans Pilsbury cresent rolls
    1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
    ground cinnamon
    granulated white sugar

    Mix together the cinnamon and sugar. Set aside.
    In a small bowl, melt butter.
    Take a marshmellow and dip it into the butter
    (make sure it is completely covered).
    Take the marshmallow and roll it in the cinnamon/
    sugar mixture until completely covered.
    Place the covered marshmallow onto an unrolled
    cresent roll and wrap the cresent roll around the
    marshmellow sealing off any openings.
    Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
    Dip the cresent roll into the melted butter and
    cinnamon sugar just like you did the marshmellow.
    Place the rolls into a greased baking pan and bake
    for 15 to 20 minutes or until brown.

    Note:
    Serve warm and top with icing! YUM!!
    (You can also roll the marshmellow in chopped nuts
    of your choice.)
