    3/4 to 1 cup white vinegar
    1/2 cup ketchup
    2 tablespoons white granulated sugar
    2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    1 minced garlic clove
    1 teaspoon dry ground mustard
    1 teaspoon paprika
    1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper, or to taste
    2 pounds pork spareribs,
    ...cut into serving size pieces
    1 tablespoon light Olive oil

    Recipe



    Combine the vinegar, ketchup, sugar, sauce, garlic, mustard, paprika,
    salt and pepper together in the crockpot/slow cooker.
    Brown the ribs in a frying pan in the oil.
    Place into the crockpot.
    Cover and cook on low heat for 4 - 6 hours or until tender.
