    crockpot - Citrus Steak

    2 pounds round steak, cut into pieces that
    ...will fit in crockpot
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    1 meium sliced onion
    2 Tablespoons catsup
    1 Tablespoon soy sauce
    1 Tablespoon lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 cup water
    1 Tablespoon cornstarch

    Place steak in crockpot/slow cooker. Mix together
    all other ingredients and pour over the steak. Cover
    and cook on High for about 4 hours or until the meat
    is done.
