DressingSalad - Four Tomato Salad

List of Ingredients
for the tomatoes:
1/2 c. sun dried tomatoes
2 c. sliced field or home grown tomatoes
2 c. halved red or yellow cherry tomatoes
2 c. quartered plum tomatoes
1 c. sliced red onions
for the dressing:
3 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. freshly minced garlic
2 tsp. dried basil or 1/2 c. freshly chopped
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
Recipe
for the tomatoes:
Pour just enough boiling water to cover, over the sun dried tomatoes.
Let rest for 15 minutes until softened. Drain and slice.
Place the sun dried tomatoes, field tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, plum tomatoes, red onions and fresh basil in a serving bowl or on a platter.
for the dressing:
Whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic and pepper and pour over the tomatoes just before serving.
Makes 6 servings.
