    AppetizerDip - Dill Veggie Dip

    1 cup fat-free sour cream
    1-1/2 tablespoons dried dill weed
    1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
    2 teaspoons lime juice
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
    2-1/2 cups cucumber slices

    Place all ingredients except cucumber slices in a small mixing
    bowl and stir until well blended. Serve with cucumber slices.
    Yield: 5 servings
