    DressingSalad - Best Coleslaw

    List of Ingredients

    1 small or 1/2 large head chopped fine cabbage (about 2 lbs.)

    1/2 c. fat free mayonnaise

    1/2 c. light sour cream

    2 tbsp. sugar or can use a sugar substitute

    2 green topped onions, chopped

    2 tbsp. prepared horseradish

    1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

    1/2 tsp. salt

    1/2 tsp. dry mustard

    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

    1 clove fresh minced garlic

    1 stalk celery

    Recipe

    Place the finely chopped cabbage in a large bowl.

    Put the remaining ingredients into a blender/food processor and mix until well combined.

    Pour over the cabbage and stir slightly.

    Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.

    Makes 5 cups or 10 servings.
