List of Ingredients
3 c. shredded carrot
1/2 c. low calorie salad dressing
1/3 c. seedless raisins or 1/2oz. box
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. Splenda sugar substitute
lettuce leaves, optional
Recipe
Combine all ingredients, except lettuce, thoroughly.
Cover bowl and chill for 2 hours or longer before serving.
Can serve on crisp lettuce.
