    DressingSalad - Carrot + Raisin Salad

    List of Ingredients

    3 c. shredded carrot
    1/2 c. low calorie salad dressing
    1/3 c. seedless raisins or 1/2oz. box
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tbsp. Splenda sugar substitute
    lettuce leaves, optional

    Recipe

    Combine all ingredients, except lettuce, thoroughly.
    Cover bowl and chill for 2 hours or longer before serving.
    Can serve on crisp lettuce.
    Makes 9 servings.

    2 vegetable, cal 47
    cho 9g, pro 1g, sod 153mg, cho 10mg,
    Low-sodium diets: omit salt and use low-calorie cooked dressing without salt.
