Cookie - Cereal Puff Cookies

3 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar substitute
4 c. dry cereal like Special K, Total or Wheaties
Recipe
Preheat oven to 325. Coat baking sheets with cooking spray.
Use a large mixer bowl to beat the egg whites, until foamy.
Beat in sugar substitute, 1 tablespoon at a time, and continue
beating until very stiff.
Fold in the cereal.
Drop by teaspoons 2 inches apart, onto baking sheets.
Bake for 14 - 16 minutes.
Makes 4 dozen cookies.
