    Cake - Chocolate Bundt Cake #1, (with mixes)

    List of Ingredients

    1, 18.25 ounce box reduced fat devil's food cake mix
    1 cup fat free sour cream
    1/3 cup fat free milk
    1/4 cup, room temperature, I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    2 eggs
    1, 3.9 ounce package sugar free cook type chocolate fudge pudding mix
    1 to 2 ounces melted white baking chocolate

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
    Grease and flour a 12 cup tube or bundt pan.
    Mix all ingredients, except the white chocolate, together in a
    large bowl, until blended.
    Beat by hand or use medium speed of mixter for 2 minutes.
    Pour into the pan.
    Bake for about 45 minutes, or until a tester comes out clean.
    Place on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
    Then remove to a serving platter to let cool completely.
    Drizzle the white chocolate all over the top of the cake.
    Makes 16 servings.
