1 c. flour
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt necessary
4 tbsp. softened unsalted butter
1 c. Splenda sugar substitute
2 lightly beaten large eggs

Recipe
Move oven rack to the middle of the oven.
Preheat oven to 400. Use lightly greased baking sheets.
Stir the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt together in a bowl. Set aside.
Cream the butter and the sugar substitute together.
Then beat in the eggs until well blended.
Blend the butter mixture and the flour mixture together.
Cover the dough and chill for 1 hour, until firm.
Spoon level tablespoonfuls of dough onto wax paper and cut in half.
With floured hands, roll each piece into a ball.
Arrange the balls on the baking sheets.
Press each ball with a floured metal utensil, (spatula or similar), and flatten to about 2" in diameter.
Bake for 7 - 8 minutes or until the cookies are set but not hard.
Cool on wire racks.
Cookies will continue to crisp as they cool.
