DressingSalad - Creamy French Dressing

List of Ingredients

1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. reduced-fat Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
3 tbsp. cider vinegar
3 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. olive or canola oil
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. ground mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
salad fixings of your choice


Recipe

Combine ketchup, Miracle Whip, vinegar, honey, water, oil, lemon juice, mustard and salt in a blender or food processor.
Cover and process until well blended.
Serve over salad fixings.
Refrigerate leftovers.
1 serving equals 2 tbsp. Makes 1 3/4 cups.
