Crockpot - Zippy Onions

List of Ingredients
4 large quartered red onions
1 tablespoon extra virgin Olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 cup water or chicken or vegetable stock
salt and pepper to taste
hot pepper sauce to taste
Recipe
In a crockpot/slow cooker, combine all ingredients except
hot sauce.
Stir well.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or high for 4 hours, or until onions are tender.
Toss well with hot sauce and serve.
