    DressingSalad - Cucumber Salad

    List of Ingredients

    2 large peeled cucumbers
    2 c. plain low fat yogurt
    4 tbsp. vinegar
    3 tsp. dried dill weed, or 2 tbsp fresh
    1 tsp. garlic powder or 2 crushed cloves fresh
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

    Recipe

    Slice cucumbers lengthwise.
    Remove seeds.
    Dice the cucumber and add the remaining ingredients.
    Mix thoroughly and chill for at least 1/2 hour before serving.
    Makes 10 servings.
