    Dessert - Custard Pudding

    List of Ingredients

    1 large egg
    2 large egg whites or whites substitute
    1/3 c. sugar substitute
    2 c. fat free milk
    2 tsp. vanilla extract

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 350.
    In medium bowl combine egg, egg whites, sugar substitute,
    milk and vanilla. With wire whisk, beat until smooth and well
    blended, approximately 1 minute.
    Pour mixture into 4 six ounce custard cups.
    Arrange cups in a large metal baking pan so they do not touch.
    Pour very hot water into the pan so that the water is 1" deep.
    Place pan in the middle of oven. Bake custards 40 minutes or
    until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
    Transfer cups from pan to wire rack and cool to room temperature.
    Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
    Makes 4 servings.
