List of Ingredients
1 pound firm ripe tomatoes, seeded + cut,
...into 1/2 inch pieces
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1 seeded and minced chili pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
3 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, or to taste
1 cup fat free sour cream
Recipe
In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except sour cream.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Fold in sour cream and let stand for at least 30 minutes before serving or put sour cream on the side and drizzle across top of each serving.
Serve with raw vegetables.
