Fruit - Pears in Cinnamon Sauce
4 ounces light cream cheese
2 tablespoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup fat-free half-and-half or fat-free milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 (6 ounce) pears, sliced
Combine cream cheese, sugar, and cinnamon in a
small mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer on low speed, beat until well blended.
Add half-and-half and vanilla and blend until smooth. Serve with pears.
